At Two Rings Wedding Videos, our goal is to create a finely crafted keepsake that you will treasure as much as the memories of your wedding. Following the head-spinning blur of your wedding day, you will be able to rely on your wedding video to remind you of all the loved ones who came, friends who you couldn’t see for as long as you would have liked, and the moments between guests that you might have missed out on.

Everything we craft is designed to ensure that we capture these memories with lush beauty, the utmost clarity, and attention to detail. We believe wedding videos should be treated as art and our philosophy is to be as unobtrusive as possible. We use small high definition cameras that deliver exceptional quality. Not only does this keep your wedding dignified and uncluttered, but it gets the most natural and intimate results on camera.

All Two Rings wedding packages start with what we consider to be the fundamental elements needed to create a truly stunning wedding video. We start at this high standard because we are determined to deliver a product of surpassing excellence. Our Essentials Package ensures that your wedding video will be something you will cherish forever and we will be proud to produce.

The Essentials Package:

We will arrive at your wedding location at least one hour before the ceremony to setup, talk about last minute changes, and begin filming. We also like to attend the wedding rehearsal if possible. This allows us to determine the optimum camera arrangement for your wedding location and get a feel for the flow of events at the ceremony. Sometimes important questions arise once we have seen the location and the rehearsal is a perfect time to make sure we are working seamlessly with photographers, wedding planners, and location organizers.
After the ceremony, one of our camera operators will head to the reception location to setup for the arrival of the bride and groom. The other will stay behind to capture events at the ceremony location.

1. Two camera, two operator shoot of the entire ceremony
2. Wireless microphone for the groom to capture the exchange of vows
3. Shotgun and stereo microphones to capture ambient sound

∙ The Reception
1. Single camera shoot of the entire reception
2. Shotgun mic to capture ambient sound and speeches
3. Audio feed from PA system if applicable

∙ The DVD
1. Creation of a DVD with one of 4 custom background menu styles
2. Multi-button Menu
3. Three personalized copies of the finished DVD with cases

Upgrades and Additional Service:

∙ Highlights Video set to music of the couples choice - This is a video that tells the story of your wedding over the course of a song of your choosing. We take the best footage from your ceremony, reception, and upgrades, and carefully craft a short piece that shows your wedding in the best light possible. This is a very popular upgrade and is a wonderful way to show your friends and family who couldn’t attend the wedding what they missed. Cost: $450

∙ Highlights Video compressed for iPod or iPhone - Cost: $40

∙ Video shoot of rehearsal dinner - This is a single camera-single operator shoot of your entire rehearsal dinner. The footage will later be edited together and the rehearsal dinner will be a separate menu item on your DVD. Cost: $450

∙ Photo documentary of Bride and Groom for rehearsal dinner - This is a photo montage set to the music of your choice using up to 50 photos from your past. We can deliver this on DVD or VHS and it will also be included on your final wedding DVD. Cost: $250

∙ Video of Bride and Groom preparation - With this upgrade we will have either one or two camera operators filming the bride and groom preparation before the wedding. This footage will later be edited and become part of your DVD with its own menu button. Cost $250

∙ Bride and Groom Interview - This is a sit down interview on camera about the bride and groom, their love, how they met, and other great stories they may have. We can shoot this at the wedding location or at the location of your choice. It will later be edited and added to your DVD as a separate menu item. Cost $300

∙ “Words of the Wise” video interviews with wedding guests - During your reception we will conduct short and informal interviews with some of the wedding guest. This gives the people at your wedding a chance to speak their minds about your relationship. This footage will later be edited and placed on your DVD as a separate menu item.

∙ Three camera and two operator shoot for ceremony - Adds another camera for even better coverage. This is really great for big weddings or any occasion where maximum coverage is desired. Cost: 350

∙ Two camera and two operator shoot for reception - This upgrade adds a second camera and operator to your reception for exceptional coverage. This gives our editors multiple camera angles for important events like the cutting of the cake, and the bride and groom’s first dance. Cost: $500

∙ Video of wedding location - We will travel around your location and capture its character, charm, and beauty. This footage is a powerful and sentimental addition to your wedding video. Great for destination weddings or any wedding where the location is special to the bride and groom, this upgrade is one of our favorites. Cost: $150 - $350 depending on location

∙ Time lapse video of wedding events - Using our time lapse technology we can capture the hustle and bustle of your wedding location before you ever arrive, or the clouds whisking by over the church spires, or the sun setting on the beach, or anything around your wedding day that looks beautiful over time. We then take this footage and condense it from hours in to minutes and you can see the miraculous changes throughout your wedding day that can only be experienced with time lapse photography. These elements will then be used in the editing of your ceremony and reception, or even your custom DVD interface. Cost: $200

∙ Honeymoon Photo Review - Using up to 50 photos from your honeymoon we will create a video montage to the music of your choice. We will add it to your wedding DVD as a separate menu item and post it on our website or your Wedding Website (see below). This is a great way to share your honeymoon experience with your friends and family. Cost: $250

∙ Wedding Website - We will create a custom wedding website for you as far in advance of your wedding date as possible. It will include all of the information your guests might need including, wedding date, wedding time, locations, maps, and contacts. It will also include links to your e-mail addresses for people who might have questions. After the wedding we will add your highlights video and honeymoon photo review to the sight for others to download and watch. While we are at the reception we will give your guests the opportunity to get on an e-mailing list so we can send them links to your site once we have added the highlights video and honeymoon photo review. Cost: $500

∙ Extra DVD Copies - You will receive three copies of your wedding DVD but we would be happy to make you as many extra copies as you will need. Cost: $35 per copy

∙ Destination Weddings - At Two Rings we love destination weddings. We have traveled all over the country filming weddings and we know how exciting weddings away from home can be. Let us capture the experience from the very beginning. Cost: All regular fees apply plus travel expenses
